What makes up the fee

Taking the payment — A fixed percentage for your volume and payment method. Agreed before you start — not a vague "from 8%" and not a floating range.
Currency exchange — The market rate plus a margin you see up front. Every conversion is a separate line you can check.
Payout — The transfer fee is passed through at cost — no markup from us. Any currency, to an account, card or wallet.

Holds, reserves and double charges

Any reserve or hold is agreed with you before it takes effect — there are no surprise freezes. And if a request is retried after a network hiccup, you won't be billed twice: double-charge protection is built in.

The rate depends on your volume, payment method and what you sell. Instead of a vague "from" on a storefront, we quote the exact figure for your case — in writing, before you start. It's fixed and doesn't change retroactively.

What does it cost to get connected?

Nothing: setup and onboarding are free, and there's no monthly fee. You only pay a percentage of turnover — when money actually moves.

When do I get my money?

The same day the buyer pays. In any currency — to the account, card or wallet you choose.

Do you make money on the exchange rate?

The margin over the market rate is visible before you confirm. We don't promise "0% FX" — and we don't hide a markup in the rate either.

Is the rate the same for everyone?

No: it depends on volume and payment method. But it's always fixed, quoted before you start and locked in writing.

Can my money be frozen?

Any reserve or hold is agreed with you in advance. There are no surprise freezes.

Is this legal?

Yes: payments run through licensed partners, verification takes a couple of minutes, and a real person helps at every step.
